Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
